Steps for Stake Officers and High Counselors (Coda)

• 1. Discuss Callings in High Council Meeting and then Extend Callings or Releases and Record in Coda or Contact Stake Presidency Officer Explaining that the Calling Was Accepted

• 2.  Sustain or Release from the Pulpit and, Where Applicable, Set the Member Apart for the Calling and Record All these Steps in Coda or Contact Stake Presidency Officer

• 3. Review Coda to Make Sure that the Calling or Release Has Been Recorded in the Official Records of the Church and if not Follow Up with the Presidency Stake Officer
