Ward Missionary Work

A page for the ward's missionary efforts. Led by the ward mission leader and all those who attend the weekly Missionary Coordination Meeting. Those who should attend include: Relief Society representative over missionary work, Elders Quorum rep over missionary work, a Priest and a Young Woman of a similar age, ward missionaries, and the full-time missionaries. Others who may wish to attend: a member of the bishopric assigned to missionary efforts, a member of the primary assigned to missionary work. The group primarily briefly discusses assignments created in Ward Council, fulfills those assignments, and keeps records for all the visits of the ward. Target meeting duration: 15 minutes. Meetings may be conducted via Zoom to help encourage greater participation from all parties.
